Join instructor Carrie Versfeld for this fun and innovative class combining a 30 minute stroller jog in the neighbourhood, followed by 30 minutes of Mom and Tot Yoga in the Vienna Rm. .
Children must stay in their stroller for the jog portion
** please bring a mat and toy for the yoga portion**
